At the same time lectures on the basics of Buddhism and Tibetan medicine. On the last day of the trip tourists visit Ivilginski temple - the spiritual center of Russian Buddhism, known for Hambo Lama Itigelov, which according to legend, is a long meditation for over 50 years.
