The works of Gustav Klimt can be seen at the exhibition in Budapest

A large-scale exhibition devoted to the early period of the "Vienna Secession" and its founder, Gustav Klimt, was opened in the Budapest Museum of Fine Arts. The exhibition features 202 works 70 artists - prints, drawings, lithographs and paintings. The exhibition covers the period since 1897, when it was formed by the union of Austrian artists "Vienna Secession", until 1905, marked by the release of Klimt and other artists from the association. Most of the works included in the exhibit, provided by the Vienna museums and private collectors, but there are also works from the collections of the world, such as the Museum of the Japanese city of Nagoya.
