Up to the time when Tallinn will be European cultural capital, there are only 13 weeks. Initially planned to bring to share electric transportation - trolley buses and trams, which were allowed to bubble motion. But then it was decided that the ideal vehicle will be bicycles, while offering people an alternative form of transportation around the city. Take part in the action can be anyone in the presence of a bicycle; devices for deflation of bubbles they are given at the meeting place - in the evenings in the square near the center of Rotermann. The action takes place before October 10.
