In Latvia there was a new hotel Reval Hotel

Norwegian real estate company Linstow AS, which owns hotel chain Reval Hotel Latvia and the Baltic States, announced the beginning of construction in the heart of Riga's new hotel for 230 places. The corresponding agreement between Linstow AS and the Latvian construction company Skonto buve was officially signed on January 11. Work should be started as early as January of this year, the opening of the hotel is scheduled for spring 2007. The Norwegian company believes that the Riga good potential for hotel business, reported IA "REGNUM". With the opening of a new hotel in Riga, the total number of rooms in the Reval Hotel Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia will reach 2000. Now the company includes four hotels in Tallinn, two in Riga - Reval Hotel Latvija and Reval Hotel Ridzene, as well as one in Vilnius. In total, this is 1689 rooms, 53 meeting rooms and 10 restaurants. In addition Reval Hotel Ridzene and Reval Hotel Latvija, Riga - about 100 hotels of various classes, 42 more are in the border with the Latvian capital of Jurmala.
