According to statistics, from January to August 2010 67.8 Hungary visited thousands of Russian tourists, which is 21,1% more compared to the same period last year. Such data are Bureau adviser on tourism of the republic. Total for the first eight months of 2010 in Hungary have visited 1.97 million foreign visitors - on 8,2% more than in 2009. Our countrymen the greatest demand in the holiday spa-hotels: the hotels of this type of Russians had, in total, 80,000 nights, a 20% increase from last year. Just a spa-hotel of the country by foreign tourists made 867,000 overnight stays - on 1,1% more than a year ago, reports RIA Novosti. It is worth noting that the spa-hotels in Hungary are popular all over the world. This country has one of the largest reserves of thermal waters and is famous for numerous bathhouses and hotels where one can undergo medical, health and beauty treatments.
