In Poland, the ban on smoking in public places

In Poland, from November 15 will come into force a new version of the law restricting smoking in public places. Smoking will be banned in hospitals, schools and higher educational establishments, offices, bus stops, cultural institutions, on the playgrounds. In restaurants and cafe area of ??100 square meters will be a special room for smokers. The new version of the law does not provide for a complete ban on smoking in public places, as expected, but only limits the space where you can legally smoke a cigarette. In catering establishments that have only one room, will operate a total ban on smoking. If the halls anymore, and they can be divided, one will be designed for smokers. Owners of establishments are required to place in a conspicuous place a sign informing you about the smoking ban. For violating the law with the smokers will be levied a fine of 500 zloty (127 euros), according to TVN-Warszawa.
