Exhibition of haute couture in Brussels

In the Brussels Museum of Costume and Lace (Musee du Costume et de la Dentelle) recently opened an exhibition "Matter of haute couture." The exhibition includes textile finds that world-renowned French fashion designer Jean-Paul Gaultier used when creating your spring / summer 2010 collection of high fashion. The exhibition was a collaboration of design workshops on the tissues of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels and the Graduate School of Arts. Visitors will see samples of student work, videotapes and photographs of fashion shows, the site says Brussels. The exhibition will run until December 31. Museum of Costume and Lace is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.00 on Saturdays and Sundays - from 14.00 to 17.00. Admission fee - € 3.
