Rezidor Hotel Group will open a hotel in Konakovskaya area of ??the Tver region. It will be constructed under the project "Large Zavidovo" - a residential area and business center on the banks of Ivankovskoye reservoir. The hotel will have 230 guest rooms, a conference hall for 500 seats with a stage, movie screens, lighting and acoustic systems and multi-channel simultaneous translation system. In addition to the hotel business center will include a business park, shopping center, and much more. It is expected that construction of the hotel will improve the tourism infrastructure of Tver region in general and tourism zone "Moscow Sea", which includes Konakovo district - in particular, according to Interfax.
