Tallinn began a winter campaign in Russia, which runs until November 14. Such shares are held for many years, but unlike the present that in 2011, Tallinn will be European Capital of Culture. Greater emphasis will be traditionally made and the opportunities of the New Year holiday in Tallinn, especially family, informs DELFI. The campaign in 2010 the Estonian capital, will be promoted on three lines of the Moscow subway, in magazines, internet portals, search engine Google and the sites representative of Estonia in Moscow and St. Petersburg. A specially created website visitors can take part in a quiz and win exciting prizes. Last year they claimed 1,607 people. In total, the campaign is allocated 407,000 kroons (26,000 euros).
