Romania in 2011 will be issuing Schengen visas in Rostov-on-Don

As reported earlier, Romania is planning to enter the Schengen zone March 27, 2011. Until then, Russian citizens to travel to this country need to get a separate visa. However, since its accession to the Schengen visa space in Russia, Romania will open a new consulate, which will attract an additional number of tourists now submit documents for visas by the consular department of the Romanian Embassy in Moscow and the Consulate General of Romania in Saint Petersburg. In March 2011 another consulate will be in Rostov-on-Don. Diplomatic mission will be located at: ul. Seventh line, the house 18/39. Currently, residents of southern Russia can already get in Rostov-on-Don and other Schengen visa: it employs an international visa center, which allows to issue tourist visas to Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, Malta and Bulgaria. The visa application process takes from seven to ten days.
