Cook, owner of Michelin stars, opened a bistro in Helsinki

Four restaurants Helsinki: Carma, Demo, Luomo and Postres - have one Michelin star, and the restaurant Chez Dominique - even two. But after a few days the number of "star" institutions of the Finnish capital decrease: a chef and restaurant owner Carma Marcus Arem (Markus Aremo) decided to close it. According to local press, the reason is the large, up to 40,000 euros damages received by the restaurant last year. And although the beginning of 2010, things went better - this was not enough. Sam Marcus Arem explains his decision to a desire for change and frustration of working in a restaurant such a high level. According to his observations, people began to come here, who are primarily interested in the prestige and status and only secondarily - the dishes. So now it opens up a completely different catering establishments: bistro, La Table, which will be fed equally tasty but simple meal. Carma restaurant on its last legs in the Finnish capital at: Ludviginkatu 3. As written by Helsingin Sanomat, the bistro will open in the same room after the time required to re-brand.
