Brazil country of the Future

Brazil Country of the Future! - Wrote to the Austrian novelist Stefan Schveyg in 1941, living in exile far from Rio de Janeiro, and will remain so forever, was added today jokers. Because before all the bright hopes of collapsing over and over again: because of corruption, because of the greed of oligarchs and because of the military dictatorship. Will this time be different? Over the past seven years, the Brazilian stock market index rose by 300 percent. During this same time 30 million Brazilians have risen out of poverty and adding to the middle class, becoming parties to the largest in Latin America, the consumer market. Add to that low inflation and economic stability, and you get a new Brazil, which lends money to the International Monetary Fund and one only in 2010 spend as much as four billion dollars in aid to developing countries. The outgoing President Lula da Silva declared that in 2016 Brazil will build nuclear submarines. His successor Russeff, former member of the guerrilla forces that fought with the military junta is unlikely to abandon those plans. Even today, the Brazilian blue helmets led UN force in Haiti. At a conference on climate protection in Copenhagen in 2009, Barack Obama met with the Brazilian delegation behind closed doors without the participation of heads of states of the European Union. Brazil has been seeking permanent membership of UN Security Council. The economic boom in the country raises issues that are important for the world: whether Brazil has become one of the leading suppliers of food and energy, are not despoiling the ecological system of the Amazon? Is it possible to defeat poverty only through the distribution of budget funds the poor) as is his ear for seven years, or the economy will not sustain the burden of social programs?
