Aruba around the island. The picturesque landscape.

Massa expects tourist attractions outside the city. The most popular are primarily surrounded by hotels, sandy beaches. The most visited of them - already referred to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach on the west coast of the island, a favorite spot of surfers, North Malmok Beach and Arashi Beach, quiet and surrounded by palm trees Rogers Beach and Baby Beach in the east, as well as windy Bache - Lors Beach and Boca Grande. Not far from one of the recreation centers, we can see an old windmill Molen Aldea, built in 1804 in Holland and moved to Aruba in 1960. Center of the island, is dry and barren land (in the language of Papiamento, "kunuku"), much less visited by tourists. The landscape is dominated by xerophytic bushes, shrubs, bent trees and cacti. Between them, scattered farms, decorated with mysterious symbols. They hide from passing animals for hedges of cactus. In the central part of the island's towering three peaks: Arikok (175 m), the Yamanote Line (188 m) iHoyberg (165 m). Its shape resembles the last haystack, but it was his often visited by tourists. Perhaps because of the beautiful view over the whole island that opens from the top - just 500 steps to overcome. If we want to get acquainted with the natural, scenic and cultural diversity of Aruba, you should choose the route leading from Oranjestad to the north, surrounded by sand dunes to the lighthouse. Then, following the east coast, it is necessary to go south to St. Nicholas - the second largest city of Aruba. There are no problems with movement on the island, as well-developed network of bus lines that run between major cities. Surrounded by sand dunes of California lighthouse is known as a ship that sank off the coast of Aruba in 1891 and now - a popular target underwater excursions. To the south, near Boca Mahos, is Bushirabana. Here, in the XIX century was the gold processing plant, produced from the nearby mines in the hills Tseru Plat. Today we can see their remains abandoned. Near the ruins of an ancient castle tower pirates. This place is also worthy of attention for another reason: it was here in 1499 landed the discoverer of the island of Alonso de Ojeda, Spanish explorer and conquistador. 2 km further, on the outskirts Andikuri, until recently there was another, this time with the natural attraction of the island: Neychyural Bridge. This was done by the waves in a coral rock bridge length of 30 m and a width of 7 m. Unfortunately, today we can see him only in photographs, since September 2005, he collapsed. However, on the east coast waiting for us many more such sites, for example, natural pools Kuradi-Tortuga, hidden in the coastal cliffs.
